The credit bureaus don’t care about you or your credit repair desires.
In fact, it’s in their best interest to report all of negative things they can about you and your credit profile.
Why? It’s simply good business for them to create as much consumer visibility as they can. The more home owners who hear about Equifax, Trans Union and Experian (the 3 main credit reporting agencies) the better their business becomes.
If you’ve ever attempted to have a negative item removed from your credit report - you know it’s not easy at all. In fact what you’ll most certainly experience is some type of form letter response putting you off and skirting around the law.
The FCRA or Fair Credit Reporting Act says that the credit bureau must remove a disputed item if it cannot be verified within 30 days. Verified means the persons name who verified it along with supporting documentation.
Try to enact that law yourself upon the credit bureau and they will laugh in your face. You mean nothing to them unless you have deep pockets and/or you’re a lawyer.
I’ve talked to countless thousands of home owners (or wanna be at least) that simply could not get mortgage loan financing because of negative items on their credit report.
I tell each and everyone of them the same thing.
There’s one company I am intimately familiar with called Lexington Law Firm who can and will remove each and every item from your credit report quickly.
Even if there are valid items that you do owe, you can get them removed.
How can valid credit report items be removed you ask?
Simple, the credit bureaus typically cannot verify the negative accounts to the letter of the law. They can’t provide a specific contact and they can’t provide supporting documentation. So they MUST remove what they can’t prove. Now that’s credit repair made simple. Remove a negative item and your score improves.
I’ve even seen firsthand where a bankruptcy was removed in only a few months. Imagine the credit score increase after a bankruptcy is removed from your credit report.
If you decide to use the Lexington Law Credit Repair service, you’ll need a copy of your credit report which needs to be mailed directly to Lexington Law every time a change is made. Their Lexington Regular service is all you really need for the best credit repair available.
There’s nothing illegal about credit repair with Lexington Law, they are a legal firm who knows the FCRA and will help protect your rights to the best home mortgage financing.
