Why do you think that is? It’s because everyone thinks their mortgage is simple math. What’s my payment they say. Give me the lowest interest rate they say.

Everyone wants a quick fix. Everyone wants the lowest interest rate.

That way of thinking has caused thousands of home owners to lose their home to foreclosure once their short term adjustable rate mortgage bagan to go up, up, up!
